Reflection of the day - Tuesday

The Little Things

Willy wagtail.

“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”
Matthew 13 : 31

It is 'the little things' that keep God's kingdom growing. What impresses people does not impress God. People who think they are at the top are often at the bottom, and that people who think they are at the bottom are often at the top.

  1. Lovely shot Keith, cute lil fella :-)) Your wagtails are different in colour to ours. The colours of yours are closer to that of magpies.

BTW....just posted a new set myself. I think you'll like this set, lots of flowers in it :-))

  2. I had no idea you had wagtails over there!! I really like them - we have smaller colourful ones too, about the size of small finches, but the Willywagtail would be about the size of a Robin I would think. These Wagtails are not really so afraid when you come near them like the others so you tend to have more of an affection for them. Will come over and look at the flowers!!
