There are snakes everywhere in Australia - less or more so according to the density of population. You just have to be in the habit of being more aware when doing things like removing wood piles or putting your hands in places some spiders or snakes might lay up a while. Even my shoes, if let outside, I always shake and check before putting them on incase of spiders. I think it no more difficult to live with traffic in the city than to live with dangerous creatures - they both can kill you. More people are killed in or by cars than in scores of years by nature.
I think we caould all say that about where you live too. It is beautiful here though and I am anjoying the change from the city. I am only here another month or so anyway but I am soaking it up
A lovely tour Keith, thanks for showing us around!
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely place to live.
ReplyDeleteIs there a downside like snakes and insects that kill you ?
